Time:

You have 7 days to return your products. Please report any discrepancies or faulty products to us within 7 days from purchase, any claims beyond that will be ignored.

Product condition:

Must be new in box/unopened/like new in order to return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All sale items or gift cards are not eligible for refund.

For Orders $20 and above, Free of charge (Not including delivery to Sentosa and Tuas, where $8.00 surcharge applies)
Normal delivery by Singpost is $3.20

For Overseas Delivery

Delivery time vary with different countries and some countries may have restriction on liquid and oil products.

External Medicated Oil Benefits (Taking too much oral medicines may lead to liver damage, stomach bleeding and kidney disease!)

For Acute joint and muscular pain. Medicated oil is used for relieving minor muscle and joint pain.
As counter irritant for relief pain such as lumbago, sciatica and rheumatics
As pain reliever for strains, arthritis, sprains
To provide relief from ailments like blocked nose. Menthol in medicated oil will give you a cooling sensation.
For headache relief. If your medicated oil contain eucalyptus, it can work as a relief for your headache because it is known to have analgesic properties.

Notes

Medicated oils are not meant to be taken orally or to be eaten. It is ONLY for external use. If you accidentally swallow it or there are any sign of excessive irritation such as redness on your skin. Seek medical help immediately!

Use only as directed. Don’t get it into eyes or mucous membranes.

For Breastfeeding Women: It is better not to use this oil on the area of the body that will have direct contact with the baby. Whether it’s the baby skin, or the baby mouth, because it could be accidentally ingested by the baby.

For Pregnant Women: It is okay to use medicated oil for moms occasionally. However, it is advisable to consult with your doctor before using.
